A Hidden Gem on Bush Road

Located in Miss Lalie’s Commercial Center on Bush Road, The Mood Lounge is a little gem that begs to be discovered. On the second floor, next to the Fire Fit Gym, is an indoor lounge with calming vibes that could turn wild if the mood is just right.

A well stocked bar welcomes you as you enter The Mood Lounge, with a knowledgable bartender ready to serve you your favorite cocktail. After a quick scan, you’ll notice the lounge is dare we say it: moody! Whether it’s the middle of the afternoon or at night, once inside, you’ll be transported into a cool (ahhhh we love that AC) and relaxing atmosphere with comfortable seating and clean, caribbean decor.

Let’s Begin.

The chef prepared her signature (and exclusive to the Mood Lounge) Tacitos and we devoured them within seconds. The homemade dressing and the fresh ingredients make this a staple starter that we cannot recommend more. Please note that for heat and spice lovers, the third yellowish sauce is to die for and will make you dip and dip till your lips shout “FIRE!”

*Yes, that sauce is also a homemade secret recipe.

Getting Serious.

Michelle had the “Herbed Salmon”, baked in a creamy garlic sauce and served with vegetables, salad and rice. Seb had the “Land & Sea”, a 1/2 baked chicken with huge shrimps, vegetables, rice and salad.

As you can see by the pictures, the portions are massive and believe us when we say; the dishes are packed full of flavors. The plating is as colorful as it is generous and everything was finger licking good.

Available for pick up and dine in (delivery service is starting in July 2021), The Mood Lounge offers a variety of nights with mouth watering specials and fun themed evenings for all. Watch your favorite team on the big screens, enjoy a movie night or partake in the weekly “all you can drink” special. There is something for every palate and every mood.
